As you may know already, here at the Bicycle Hub we are part of the CycleScheme’s Cycle to Work Scheme. This is currently aimed at getting people on their bikes more to travel either to work, instead of using vehicles that emit pollution. In recent years the Government has enabled employers to loan their employees bikes and cycle accessories up to the value of £1,000 to enable them to travel to work.

However, the great news now is that the CycleScheme can now implement £1000+ and no limit schemes to businesses, which will hopefully further the amount of people getting involved. So, if you’re an employer or an employee and haven’t signed up yet, you can visit the CycleScheme website, where you will be able to follow the step by step guide to sign up. Once this is all complete, we may be seeing you down at the Bicycle Hub Unit very soon to collect any bikes or accessories. What better way is there to stay healthy and get to work at the same time, it’s a win-win.
