Created by artist Phill Blake, our beautiful kingfisher, Ezana Axum, has now been sitting proudly at The Bicycle Hub for a month. To celebrate we have created a prize draw starting 1st July.
Prize One- A two-night stay at Beechurst Serviced Apartments, Cheltenham with one day bike hire for up to two people.
Prize 2- A two-night break with StayLets Serviced Apartments, Cheltenham with one day bike hire for up to two people.
Prize 3- One day bike hire for up to two people with The Bicycle Hub.
How to Enter:
Visit our Kingfisher Sculpture and complete one of our prize draw postcards to be in with a chance of winning one of these three prizes. We'll be putting all the entries into a hat to determine the winners!
Our Prize Draw is subject to the general terms & conditions for all our competitions (listed below), as well as the following specific terms:
Entries open on 1 July 2021 at 12.01am
An entry into the prize draw is made by completing a prize draw entry with name and email address.
All entries must be received by 11.59pm on 30 September 2021 (GMT)
One prize draw entry per person.
Three winners will be selected at random, notified via email, and publicly announced by 5.00pm on Friday 8 October 2021
The winners must acknowledge their prize by 5.00pm on Friday 15 October 2021 or the prize will become invalid and a new winner may be drawn
The winning prizes are noted above and will be supplied to the winner. No cash alternative.
Voucher for the stay in the cottage will be for a maximum 2 people only, and to be taken within 1 year. Subject to availability.
General Terms & Conditions for all prize draws, competitions and prizes offered by The Bicycle Hub:
The Bicycle Hub’s prize draw or competition is open only to residents of mainland UK due to delivery restrictions. Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the respective entry from the competition.
Each entrant shall enter the prize draw or competition via the method specified only. One entry per person unless otherwise stated. Entries are made as specified in the specific prize draw or competition terms. Obscene or inappropriate entries will not be accepted.
The Bicycle Hub reserve the right to reject any entries for any reason at its sole discretion.
Winners will be selected at random and announced by the date shown on the specific prize draw or competition terms.
The winning prize entitles the winner to the prize specified only. No cash alternative. No substitutions or changes.
Any monetary prizes will be provided as a digital voucher to spend online which must be redeemed by the winner only. Any products purchased or selected with the voucher will be delivered by courier on UK Standard Delivery on the condition that the winner has provided their address details, contact number and safe place for delivery in full by the date specified. The recipient must make arrangements to take the parcel in once delivered.
The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the promoter's liability under or in connection with the prize draw competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the promoter shall be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter's reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Copyright in all entries shall be owned by the promoter.
Any data given to The Bicycle Hub by the recipient will be processed and held in accordance with the data policy listed on our website.
These terms and conditions and the competition prize draw are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
