The Bicycle Hub on BBC Radio Winchcombe, Stroud FM.

Last week, Steve Short, MD of The Bicycle Hub was invited to speak on BBC Radio Winchcombe; did you tune in?

Steve and Phill spoke about the history of The Bicycle Hub and Compass Holidays. The conversation then moved on to the many people who are thinking about taking up cycling again without the initial exertion. An e-bike or electric bike is a great way to ease back into cycling as Phill found out during the interview. Radio presenter Phill, took an electric bike for a spin along the Honeybourne cycle path with Steve - Vrrooom!

Steve also spoke about the new range that Freego Electric Bikes have launched and why it appeals to most.

“The Freego Electric Bike is so lightweight that the age range of people who have been purchasing them is completely across the board. Older cyclists are opting for this model as it is lightweight yet still provides them with the same electric bike power as many others and its popular for the younger commuters particularly as they struggle to find a bicycle that is suitable for train travel!” Steve said during the radio interview.
