Where to watch the Tour of Britain in Cheltenham

Be sure to plan for a fun-filled day with the family when the Tour of Britain races through Cheltenham on Saturday 9 September.

There are going to be lots of great spots for you to watch the race whizz past, all of which will be safe and easily accessible for visitors and residents alike. Take a look at some of the best places to see Stage 7 of the Tour of Britain below:

Pittville Park – Family zone

A great place to spend the day will be at the family zone. The Stage will be heading down Evesham Road by the Park so you will be able to see the action unfold as well as view it on a big screen.

Cheltenham High Street

The elite cyclists will also be passing through a section of Cheltenham's high street and safe viewing areas with crash barriers will be available here too. The perfect viewing spot if you are taking a rest from shopping!

The Promenade

The tour will also be passing through the Promenade so you'll be able to spot it from here.

The Long Gardens and Imperial Gardens

Have you ever fancied trying out an electric bike? Then come and have a go at our Demo Zone which will be located at The Long Gardens!

After trying out a range of bicycles, you can then enjoy watching the cyclists whizz past before their epic finish at the Imperial Gardens. There will be plenty of viewing areas, including a disabled access area, so you don’t miss any of the action!
